About Jansen

Jansen is a community of about 150 people located west of Big Quill Lake, on Highway 16. 

This is one of the best goose hunting areas and even has a Goose Shoot weekend with prizes and a banquet. 

A huge cattle & hog feedlot and ethanol plant located northwest of town are well worth a tour. Click here to see their website
