About Quill Lake

The Village of Quill Lake, population about 500, is located north of the Quill Lakes, in one of the best areas for goose hunting.

Called "The Goose Capital of Saskatchewan", the town boasts a giant goose statue at the end of Main Street.

There is an annual Goose Fest in November, with  banquets and craft shows.

The Quill Lake area also has a large variety of unusual animal farms; bison, elk, fallow deer and chinchilla.

Here is a map showing where Quill Lake is located.
